Well written book. It outlines several aspects of the issues plaguing the Afrikans throughout the planet. I really like the part that breaks down acidic foods in comparison to alkaline foods. This will make a great stocking stuffer for my brother this year.

I have been researching, traveling, and teaching, throughout Afraka, and it's diaspora, for over 30 years, and never come across such a comprehensive book.
