About the Author

SERGE LURYI is a Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Stony Brook University, and Director of the New York State Center for Advanced Technology in Sensor Systems. He has published over 240 papers and has been awarded fifty-one U.S. patents.

JIMMY XU is the Charles C. Tillinghast Jr. '32 University Professor of Engineering and Physics at Brown University. Previously, he was the James Ham Chair in Optoelectronics and the Nortel Chair Professor, as well as director of the Nortel Institute for Telecommunications at the University of Toronto. He is a Fellow of the AAAS, APS, Guggenheim Foundation, IEEE, and Institute of Physics.

ALEX ZASLAVSKY is a Professor of Engineering and Physics at Brown University. He has published over 100 journal papers and book chapters, and co-edited seven books in the microelectronics field. He is also an editor of the Solid-State Electronics international journal.

Drawing his own experience and where he came up with the inspiration for Left Behind, Tim LaHaye gives readers a tour of interpreting biblical prophecy and making one's own judgment calls. "Understanding Bible Prophecy for Yourself" is a must for any would be an amateur theologian.

A marvelous book about the future. LaHaye explains things using many books of the Bible (rather than just Revelation). His explanations are the best I have read on what can be a very confusing subject. I don't know whether I should agree with him on all points, but this book is a GREAT place to start researching and studying the Bible. This is exactly what the author encourages his readers to do. I learned a great deal from this book - especially with regard to LaHaye's thoughts on pre-cross saved persons. Overall I found it to be very, very helpful and I highly recommend it.

I teach Jr. High sunday school. When I asked them what they wanted to study they told me "the end times." When I realized they were serious I told them I would spend this summer studying bible prophecy. This was one of the books that I got as a resource and I have found it to be very helpful! It lets you decide your own conclusions based on scripture rather then just settling for someone elses opinion. It is a workbook style book which was one of the reasons I was drawn to it. Because it is a workbook it does take more then just reading to get the most out of it!

For those of a certain make

Lilith's Harem is hard book to review. It's the type of work that can be the holy grail of dimensional shifting for one reader and absolute nonsense to another. Much like everything else this author does it's pretty much an all-or-nothing offering, either you're in the know-how and have the necessary baggage to tag along or the work simply gives the impression this writer lost his marbles early in life. Faustus Crow makes zero compromise in favor of his image, something I wish more writers had the balls to do.

Those that are magically inclined and have followed Faustus Crow on his blogs might have thought "this is all very interesting but what does it really accomplish?". Lilith's Harem answers that question with powerful intent. Through clever manipulation of conscious and unconscious symbols, the shared collective consciousness and an affinity with the divine feminine current Faustus manages to shift from one all-inclusive reality to another. In doing so the author finds a alternative-world version of himself through which he attempts to solve a universal imbalance and, lest we forget, has a pretty good time doing so.

I would highly recommend this book to people experienced with lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, Castaneda-esque sorcery and more western forms of magick such as evocation or invocation. Faustus Crow - while never taking you by the hand or explaining overly much - gives a impressive detailing on connecting with alternative selves and inter-dimensional manifestations of cosmic currents, through which the author discovers how "As above, so Below - As within, so without" means the same concepts manifest on all levels of creation.

If you always wanted to have a real succubi experience, are curious just what the much discussed Lilith and divine feminine are about or want to improve your shots at controlled lucid dreaming this book can't be missed. I'm giving this five stars with that specific audience in mind.
